Emily and James got married at Broadlands Lodge on Valentines Day. Originally from New Zealand, Emily and James currently live in London and decided on Broadlands Lodge in Taupo for their wedding venue from the other side of the world. It just goes to show, you don’t have to be a local to plan a wedding at Broadlands Lodge!
Emily and James chose a wedding ceremony location, by the pergola overlooking the lawn with the villa in the background.
Guests had canapes and drinks in the gardens following the ceremony and then made their way over to the rustic barn for the wedding reception.
3 rows of wooden trestle tables were the chosen format for the seating in the barn. The table settings were very minimalistic with a beautiful floral arrangement complimenting the wooden tables. The wooden ladder that hangs above the head table was styled with green foliage to complete the styling of the barn.
